How do the Coaching sessions run

Either face to face at the Coaches practice or on the phone.  Both are very effective.  The sessions are around 1.15mins up to 1.30 hours.  The Coach asks questions that allow a space to be held where the client can really focus and think beyond their normal thinking boundaries.  It can be challenging in some stages as your brain is forming new mind maps.  When you think your brain falls into the habit of using it's deeply formed original mind maps.  Coaching takes your thinking to a new level where you can find new energy and new solutions.  The Coach takes notes to keep a record of the session to allow you the capacity to concentrate on your answers.
